Upon successful negotiation with our valued customer, we diligently prepare to embark on an exciting new project journey.
1. Initially, customers provide detailed photos of candy and bar samples along with the main raw materials. We then verify the compatibility of our machines and identify any necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and meticulously plan the machine process, providing these to the customer for confirmation and adjustments if necessary.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received, we commence the crafting of the machine with precision and expertise.
4. Our commitment to timelines ensures the machine is completed as per contract stipulations. We document the production process with videos for customer validation. Once approved, we clean, pack, and, upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, proceed with shipment arrangements.
5. After the customer receives the machine, they contact us to arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance, ensuring smooth operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
