CUSTOM PROCESS
Following a thorough negotiation with our valued customers, we gear up to embark on exciting new projects.
1. Our process begins with customers providing us with images of candy or bar samples along with main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment to ensure optimal results.
2. In the next step, we meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candy and the machine’s process plan, presenting them to customers for their approval and peace of mind.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract, we receive a 30% deposit and initiate the production of the machine, ensuring a seamless and timely process.
4. We adhere to precise timelines agreed upon in the contract, completing the machine. We document the production process via video for customer verification. After their approval, we clean and pack the machine, proceeding with shipment post-receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Once the machine is received by the customer, they contact us to arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
