CUSTOM PROCESS
Following fruitful negotiations with our valued customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on exciting new projects.
1. Customers provide photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment to meet their specific needs.
2. We meticulously prepare CAD drawings for the candy and devise a detailed machine process plan. These are then presented to the customer for their approval, ensuring alignment with their vision.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract, a 30% deposit is received, marking the commencement of our production process for the machine.
4. We adhere to the timeline stipulated in the contract, meticulously completing the machine. Videos documenting the production are shared with the customer for validation. Post-confirmation, we thoroughly clean and pack the machine. The remaining 70% balance payment triggers the shipment arrangement.
5. Upon the arrival of the machine, the customer reaches out to us, and we promptly dispatch our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance, ensuring smooth operation and satisfaction.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
