CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with our valued customer, we gear up to initiate an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with images of candy or bar samples, alongside main raw materials. We ascertain machine compatibility and identify necessary equipment.
2. We develop detailed CAD drawings for the candy and machine process plan, presenting them to our customers for approval.
3. Following contract confirmation, we secure a 30% deposit and commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We ensure machine completion within the agreed timeframe. We document the production process through videos for customer approval. Once satisfied, we clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment upon receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, our customer reaches out, and we promptly organize technical support and guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
