1. Our customers provide photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials, enabling us to assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the required equipment.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candy, along with the machine process plan, and present them to our customers for review and approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit, marking the commencement of the machine production process.
4. We adhere strictly to the contractual timeline, documenting the production process through videos for customer validation. Upon confirmation of satisfaction, we meticulously clean and securely pack the machine. Following receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we proceed with shipment arrangements.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
