1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples, alongside key raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the required equipment to ensure flawless production.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, which we present to customers for approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, we receive a 30% deposit and commence the meticulous production of your machine.
4. Adhering to contractual timelines, we complete the machine and share production videos for customer verification. Upon customer approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine. Following the reception of the 70% balance payment, we arrange shipment with utmost care.
5. Post-delivery, our customers reach out, and we promptly deploy our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
