CUSTOM PROCESS
Following a detailed negotiation with the client, we commence preparations to embark on a new and exciting project.
1. Customers provide images and details of candy or bar samples, alongside primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machinery and identify necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, which are shared with clients for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, a 30% deposit is secured, initiating the production phase of the machine.
4. The machine is completed within the agreed timeframe. Production videos are shared for client approval. Post-confirmation, the machine is cleaned and packaged. The shipment is arranged following the receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Once the machine is received, our client liaises with us to coordinate the dispatch of technicians for expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
