Following discussions with our valued customers, we diligently prepare to embark on new and exciting projects.
1. Customers provide us with detailed photos of candy samples or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We then assess compatibility with our equipment and determine the necessary machinery required.
2. Our skilled team drafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and constructs a detailed machine process plan, which we present to customers for their approval and confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation from the customer, we secure a 30% deposit to commence production of the machine, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the agreed contractual timeline. Throughout production, we share detailed videos with customers for their review. Upon their confirmation of satisfaction, we meticulously clean and package the machine. Shipment arrangements follow the receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
