CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon customer agreement, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers supply photos of candy or bar samples and key ingredients. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. Our experts draft precise CAD drawings of the candy and the machine's process plan, submitting them to customers for approval.
3. With contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We pledge to complete the machine within the agreed timeframe, providing video documentation for customer approval. Upon validation, we clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipment after receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, our customer service team is on standby to dispatch technicians for guidance, ensuring smooth operation.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
