CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with the customer, we enthusiastically prepare to embark on launching a novel project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We then expertly verify the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment for optimal production.
2. Our skilled team crafts precise CAD drawings of candies, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, which we then present to customers for their valued confirmation.
3. Once the customer has verified the contract, a 30% deposit is received, prompting us to commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contractual timeline, providing video documentation of the production process for customer verification. Upon confirmation and after thorough cleaning and packaging, shipment is arranged following the receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. After the machine's arrival, the customer reaches out to us, and we promptly organize for our expert technicians to deliver detailed guidance, ensuring smooth operational integration.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
