CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with the customer, we initiate preparations to launch an exciting new project.
1. Customers share images of their candy or bar samples alongside primary raw materials. We assess the suitability of our machines and determine the necessary equipment needed for production.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting them to the customer for their valued confirmation.
3. After the contract's ratification by the customer, we receive a 30% deposit to commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. The machine is completed within the contractual timeframe. We provide production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we clean and package the machine, dispatching it subsequent to receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Post-delivery, upon the customer’s contact, we arrange for our experienced technicians to offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.

A: We will be responsible for all the quality problems. The machine will be guaranteed for one year from the customer's factory (except for man-made damage). And we provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.
