Following detailed negotiations with our customers, we meticulously prepare for the launch of new projects, ensuring all aspects are strategically aligned.
1. Our customers share photos of their candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We assess compatibility and determine the necessary equipment for efficient production.
2. Our experts create precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, providing these to customers for their approval.
3. Upon customer confirmation of the contract, we secure a 30% deposit, promptly initiating the production process of the machine with utmost precision.
4. We adhere to the contractual timeline, completing the machine and providing detailed video documentation for customer validation. Post-approval, we perform thorough cleaning and secure packaging. Once the remaining 70% of the payment is received, we arrange for shipment.
5. Following the receipt of the machine, we coordinate with the customer to dispatch our skilled technicians, who provide professional guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
