CUSTOM PROCESS
Following thoughtful discussions with our valued customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on new and exciting projects.
1. Customers share their candy or bar sample images alongside primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment to meet their needs.
2. We produce detailed CAD drawings of the candy and formulate a machine process plan, providing them to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract acceptance, we receive a 30% deposit and initiate the production of the machinery, ensuring timely delivery.
4. We adhere to contract timelines to complete machine production. Videos are provided for customer confirmation. After approval, the machine is cleaned, packaged, and prepared for shipment post-receipt of the remaining 70% payment.
5. Once the machine is delivered, our customers reach out, and we coordinate technical guidance to facilitate smooth integration and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
