Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customer, we diligently prepare to initiate the new project.
1. Customers supply photos of candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans for customer approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We ensure timely completion of the machine as per contract terms. Production videos are shared with customers to confirm satisfaction. Upon approval, we clean, pack the machine, and arrange shipment after receiving the 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, our customer reaches out, and we promptly arrange for specialized technicians to provide expert guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
