CUSTOM PROCESS
Following insightful negotiations with our customers, we enthusiastically embark on launching new projects.
1. Customers are invited to share photos of their desired candy or bar samples and main raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machinery and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outlines the machine process plan, providing them to customers for their valued feedback and confirmation.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we diligently commence the machine production process, ensuring adherence to our high standards.
4. We commit to completing machine production within the agreed timeframe, providing customers with video evidence of production for their assurance. Once satisfaction is confirmed, we meticulously clean and package the machine. The shipment is arranged following receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. After the customer receives the machine, our technical team is ready to provide guidance, ensuring smooth and successful integration into their operations.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
