CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations with clients, we embark on the exciting journey of launching a new project.
1. Clients share images of their desired candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and devise a meticulous machine process plan, presenting them to clients for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and a 30% deposit from the client, we promptly commence the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to the agreed timeline.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the stipulated contract period, capturing production videos for client approval. Once satisfied, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% payment, we arrange for shipment.
5. After the machine is received, clients reach out to us, and we deploy our expert technicians for guidance and support, ensuring seamless integration.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
