1. Customers are invited to provide photos of candy samples or bar samples along with main raw materials. We meticulously assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Crafting detailed CAD drawings, we meticulously outline the candy production process and share these plans with you for confirmation, ensuring alignment with your vision.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit, marking the commencement of the machine production phase, tailored to meet your specifications with excellence.
4. Our commitment to timeliness ensures the completion of the machine within the agreed contract timeframe. We provide video documentation of the production process for your approval. Once affirmed, we thoroughly clean and pack the machine, proceeding with shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
