CUSTOM PROCESS
Following fruitful negotiations with our esteemed customers, we embark on the journey to launch a remarkable new project.
1. Customers provide images of candy samples or bar prototypes, along with key raw materials. We assess the viability of using our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We craft precise CAD drawings of the confectionery, along with a comprehensive machine process plan. These are presented to customers for their approval.
3. Upon customer approval of the contract, a 30% deposit is secured, setting the stage for us to commence production of the machine.
4. We adhere to contract timelines to complete the machine, documenting the production process with videos for customer confirmation. Once approved and the remaining 70% payment is received, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange shipment of the machine.
5. Post-delivery, our customers reach out to coordinate with our team. We then deploy our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
