CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation, we gear up to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos and main raw materials of candy or bar samples. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts design CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans, which are shared with customers for their review and confirmation.
3. Post-contract confirmation from the customer, a 30% deposit is received, and we promptly commence production of the machine.
4. Adhering to contract timelines, we finalize the machine, documenting production through videos for customer approval. Once confirmed, we clean, pack and proceed with shipment upon receiving the remaining 70% payment.
5. After delivery, our team coordinates with the customer for technical guidance, ensuring a smooth operational start.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
