CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiations with our esteemed customers, we gear up to launch a new and exciting project.
1. Customers share visual samples of candy or bar products alongside main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and ascertain the necessary equipment requirements.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and an extensive machine processing plan, presenting them to our clients for their esteemed approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, and receipt of a 30% deposit, our skilled team commences the meticulous production of the machine.
4. Adhering strictly to contractual timelines, we complete the machine and provide production videos for client verification. Following final approval and receipt of the remaining 70% payment, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange for shipment.
5. After the machine's arrival, our dedicated team coordinates with the customer to arrange expert technical guidance, ensuring a smooth operational start.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
