CUSTOM PROCESS
Following customer negotiations, we initiate the exciting new project launch phase.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan for customer validation.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we secure a 30% deposit and commence machine production with precision and care.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine and provide production videos for customer review. Once approved, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment upon receiving the 70% balance payment.
5. Post-delivery, our team coordinates with the customer to dispatch technicians for expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
