CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our clients, we meticulously prepare to kick-start the new project with precision.
1. Clients provide us with images of candy or bar samples alongside primary raw materials. We assess our equipment compatibility and determine necessary machinery requirements.
2. We develop precise CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, submitting them to clients for approval and feedback.
3. Following contract confirmation, we secure a 30% deposit and commence the meticulous production of the machine, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
4. We complete the machine within the agreed timeframe stipulated in the contract. Production videos are shared with clients for validation. Upon client approval, we sanitize and package the machine, arranging shipment after receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, upon client contact, we schedule our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation of the new equipment.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
