CUSTOM PROCESS
Following a comprehensive negotiation with our customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on new and exciting projects.
1. Customers provide us with candy or bar sample photos and key raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our skilled team produces precise CAD drawings of the candy and outlines the machine process plan, which we present to customers for their approval.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, we receive a 30% deposit and commence with the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contract's stipulated timeline. Upon completion, we record videos of the production process for customer verification. After receiving customer approval, we thoroughly clean and pack the machine. Shipment is arranged upon receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Upon machine receipt, our customer reaches out, and we swiftly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
