CUSTOM PROCESS
After an insightful negotiation with our customers, we diligently prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment for production.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings of the candies and develop a comprehensive machine process plan. These documents are provided to customers for their approval and confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, a 30% deposit is received, prompting us to commence the production of the machine with utmost dedication.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contractually specified timeframe. Production videos are shared with customers for validation. After their approval, we thoroughly clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the 70% balance payment, we promptly arrange for shipment.
5. Post-delivery, the customer connects with us, and we organize for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
