Upon successful negotiation with our esteemed customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on a new project.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our team meticulously crafts CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, presenting them to the customers for validation and agreement.
3. With the contract confirmed and a 30% deposit secured, we commence the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing customers with production videos for their assurance. Post-confirmation, we clean, pack, and arrange shipment following the receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon receipt of the machine, customers can promptly contact us, and we will arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
