Custom process and After-Sales
Following successful negotiations with our esteemed clients, we embark on launching groundbreaking projects.
1. Customers provide us with photos of their candy samples or bar samples, alongside primary raw materials. We then confirm the compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan, providing these to our clients for their confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation from the client and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine.
4. The machine is completed within the contractually agreed timeframe. We produce videos of the manufacturing process for client confirmation. Upon satisfactory confirmation, we clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipment post-receipt of the remaining 70% payment.
5. Upon receipt of the machine, clients contact us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
