CUSTOM PROCESS
Following fruitful negotiations with our esteemed customers, we diligently prepare to launch an exciting new project.
1. Our valued customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We meticulously assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment required.
2. We craft precise CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a detailed machine process plan, and present them to our customers for their esteemed confirmation.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract, we proceed with the initial production phase upon receiving a 30% deposit, embarking on the journey of crafting the machine.
4. We adhere to the timeline stipulated in the contract, ensuring the timely completion of the machine. Upon completion, we produce detailed videos to confirm each aspect with our customers. After obtaining their confirmation, the machine undergoes thorough cleaning and packing. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance payment, we seamlessly arrange shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
