CUSTOM PROCESS
Once we reach an agreement with the customer, we embark on preparing for an exciting new project launch.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples along with key raw material details. We assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the required equipment.
2. Our experts create precise CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to the customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, our team promptly initiates the production of the machine, ensuring timeliness and quality.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractual timeframe. Throughout production, we capture detailed videos for customer validation. Once confirmed, the machine is meticulously cleaned, packaged, and shipped post-receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Following delivery, we coordinate with the customer to provide expert technician guidance, ensuring seamless setup and operation.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar.
