Custom process and After-Sales

1. Customers provide photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and comprehensive machine process plans, which are submitted to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We ensure timely machine completion as per the contract. We provide production videos for customer verification. After customer approval, we proceed with cleaning, packing, and shipment upon receiving the remaining 70% balance.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
