Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we diligently prepare to embark on a revolutionary new project.
1. Customers are invited to provide images of their candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. This enables us to ascertain the compatibility of our machines and determine the appropriate equipment needed.
2. Our skilled team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and the detailed machine process plan, which are presented to our customers for thorough review and approval.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation and a 30% deposit, we initiate the meticulous production of the machine.
4. Adhering to the timeline specified in the contract, we complete the machine and provide video documentation of the production process for customer validation. Upon approval, the machine is meticulously cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipment following the receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
