CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our customers, we eagerly initiate the project development phase, ensuring every detail aligns with their expectations.
1. Customers provide photos and main raw materials of candy or bar samples. We meticulously assess the suitability of our machines and determine the necessary equipment for their specific requirements.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and craft a detailed machine process plan, presenting these to our customers for their approval and feedback.
3. Following contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the machine production, adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the stipulated timeframe, sharing production videos with customers for assurance. Upon their approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine, proceeding with shipment upon receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
