CUSTOM PROCESS
Following fruitful negotiations with our esteemed customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of their desired candy or bar samples and the primary raw materials. We then meticulously assess whether our machines are suitable and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candies, complemented by a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to the customers for approval.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine, ensuring precision and quality.
4. Adhering to the contract timelines, we complete the machine production, documenting the process through videos for customer validation. Once the customer is satisfied, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we proceed with shipment arrangements.
5. Post-delivery, as soon as the customer receives the machine, they contact us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
