1. Customers provide us with detailed photos of candy or bar samples and the primary raw materials. Upon review, we affirm the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts draft precise CAD drawings of the candies, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to our clients for approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, we require a 30% deposit to initiate production of the machine, ensuring a commitment to quality and timely delivery.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine construction and provide production videos for customer review. Upon their approval and the receipt of the remaining 70% balance, the machine is meticulously cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
The machines used in bar production line mainly depend on the physical properties of raw materials and the requirements of processing technology. The size of the cereal bar can be realized by changing the cutter. Easy tool replacement and easy machine cleaning are the advantages of our machines.
