CUSTOM PROCESS
Embarking on a new venture with us begins with a thorough negotiation with the customer, setting the stage for an exciting project launch.
1. Customers share photos of candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We then assess the feasibility and determine the necessary equipment to meet their needs.
2. Our skilled team creates detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, presenting them to customers for thorough review and confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the production of the machine, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to.
4. Upon completion within the agreed timeframe, we provide video documentation of the production process. After customer approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Final arrangements for shipment are made upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. After the machine's arrival, customers reach out to us, and we promptly deploy our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
