CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we meticulously prepare to embark on a new and exciting project.
1. Customers provide photos of candy or bar samples, along with key raw materials. We evaluate the feasibility of using our machines and identify necessary equipment, ensuring a perfect match for your needs.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, submitting them to customers for approval, guaranteeing precision and satisfaction.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, we initiate production after receiving a 30% deposit, committing to bring your vision to life with precision.
4. Completing the machine within the agreed timeframe, we document the process with production videos for customer confirmation. After approval and receiving the remaining 70% balance, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange shipment of the machine.
5. Upon receipt of the machine, the customer reaches out to us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to offer guidance and support, ensuring seamless installation and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
