CUSTOM PROCESS
After reaching an agreement with the customer, we enthusiastically prepare to embark on a new project.
1. Customers supply images of candy or bar samples and the main ingredients. We verify machine compatibility and identify necessary equipment.
2. We create comprehensive CAD drawings of the candy and the process plan for the machine, providing them for the customer's approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we proceed with the machine's production.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the timeframe specified in the contract. We document the production process through videos for customer verification. Once confirmed satisfactory, we clean and pack the machine. Shipment is scheduled post-receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Post-delivery, the customer connects with us, and we arrange for expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
