1. Customers are invited to provide photos of their candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We meticulously verify compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment to bring your creations to life.
2. Our skilled team develops detailed CAD drawings of the candy, along with an intricate machine process plan, which we provide to customers for confirmation, ensuring satisfaction and precision.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, our team promptly begins the intricate production of your machine, bringing your vision to reality.
4. Within the contract's stipulated timeframe, we complete the machine, capturing production videos for customer verification. Once approved and the remaining balance of 70% is received, we clean, pack, and arrange shipment of your machine.
5. After the machine's arrival, we facilitate seamless integration by coordinating with the customer and dispatching our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
