CUSTOM PROCESS
Following a thorough consultation with the client, we embark on the exciting journey of launching a new project.
1. Clients provide images of candy or bar samples along with key ingredients. We assess the compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candies, formulate the machine processing plan, and present them to clients for their approval.
3. Upon contract approval, we accept a 30% deposit from the client, which initiates the production of the machine tailored to their needs.
4. We adhere to contract timelines for machine completion, capturing production footage for client verification. Once client satisfaction is confirmed and the machine is meticulously cleaned and packed, we coordinate shipping after receiving the remaining 70% payment.
5. Upon delivery, clients reach out to us, prompting the arrangement of expert technicians to offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
