CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we take proactive steps to initiate and manage the launch of the new project seamlessly.
1. Customers share photos of candy or bar samples and the main raw materials. We confirm machine compatibility and necessary equipment.
2. Our team meticulously prepares CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, presenting these for customer approval to ensure precise alignment with their needs.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we embark on the meticulous production of the machine, adhering to stringent timelines.
4. We diligently complete the machine production within the contractually agreed timeframe and provide video documentation for customer review. Following customer satisfaction confirmation, we proceed with cleaning and packaging the machine. Once we receive the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for prompt shipment.
5. Post-delivery, upon customer contact, we swiftly deploy our experienced technicians to offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
