1. Customers provide us with images of candy samples or bar examples, along with the primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment to meet customer needs.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine's process plan, presenting them to the customers for their approval and feedback.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, and a 30% deposit is secured, we commence the meticulous production of the machine, ensuring all specifications are met.
4. Adhering to contract timelines, we complete the machine, documenting the process with videos for customer confirmation. Upon approval, we proceed to clean, pack, and ship the machine after receiving the remaining 70% payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
