Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on a new project, ensuring seamless execution.
1. Customers share photos of their desired candy or bar samples, along with main raw materials. We assess our machine compatibility and necessary equipment.
2. Our experts draft precise CAD drawings of the candy and a detailed machine process plan for customer approval.
3. After contract confirmation, a 30% deposit initiates the production process. We then begin crafting the machine with precision.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contract timeline, providing production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we thoroughly clean, pack, and upon receiving the 70% balance, we proceed with shipment arrangements.
5. Upon delivery, our responsive team coordinates with the customer to dispatch skilled technicians for comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
