1. Customers provide photos and details of their desired candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We then assess compatibility with our machines and determine necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team prepares detailed CAD drawings of the candy, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, which are then presented to customers for their valuable feedback and confirmation.
3. Once the customer finalizes the contract, we initiate production upon receiving a 30% deposit. Our focus is on precision and quality as we craft the machine to perfection.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine, capturing detailed production videos for customer review. Following their approval, we meticulously clean, pack, and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, arrange for prompt shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
