CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customer, we meticulously prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with images of candy or bar samples, alongside primary raw materials. We then assess the suitability of our machinery and determine the necessary equipment to meet their needs.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, which are then presented to our customers for review and confirmation.
3. Once the customer approves the contract, a 30% deposit is secured, marking the commencement of machine production.
4. Adhering to the timeline specified in the contract, we complete the machine. We document the production process through videos for customer verification. Upon confirmation and receipt of the remaining 70% payment, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange for shipment of the machine.
5. Following the machine's arrival, the customer contacts us to arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support, ensuring a seamless integration into their production line.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
