CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement with our esteemed customer, we embark on launching a groundbreaking new project.
1. Customers are invited to share images of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the suitability of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan, which are then presented to the customer for their approval.
3. Post-confirmation of the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, our production team initiates the manufacturing process with precision.
4. We diligently adhere to the contract schedule, capturing video documentation of the production process for customer assurance. Once the production is verified as flawless, we proceed with cleaning, packaging, and organizing shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon delivery of the machine, our customer reaches out to us, and we promptly dispatch expert technicians to offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
