Upon reaching a mutual agreement with our valued customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples, along with the main raw ingredients. We verify compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our skilled team creates precise CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, which are then presented to the customer for approval.
3. After contract confirmation and a 30% deposit, production of the machine commences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contract's timeline, providing video updates for customer review. Upon their approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment after receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, our customer reconnects with us, prompting our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
