1. Customers share photographs of candy or bar samples, along with their main raw materials. We evaluate the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and formulates a tailored machine process plan. These are then shared with customers for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we promptly commence the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to timelines.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contract's stipulated period, providing video documentation throughout production. Upon customer approval, we meticulously clean, pack, and dispatch the machine after receiving the 70% remaining balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
