CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement, we are poised to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We then ascertain machine compatibility and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan, presenting them to our customers for approval.
3. Upon the customer's endorsement of the contract, we collect a 30% deposit and commence machine production.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine, documenting the process with videos for customer assurance. Upon their approval and receipt of the remaining 70% payment, we meticulously clean, pack, and ship the machine.
5. Once the machine is delivered, customers can reach out to us, and we will promptly dispatch technicians to provide expert guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
