1. Customers supply photos of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials, allowing us to assess compatibility with our equipment and determine necessary machinery specifications.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and devise a comprehensive machine process plan, which we then submit for customer approval, ensuring alignment with their vision.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, our skilled team commences the production of the machine, adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
4. We complete the machine within the agreed timeframe, providing video updates to the customer for validation. Following their approval and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we meticulously clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
