Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we enthusiastically embark on launching innovative new projects.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples and the main raw materials. We meticulously assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, which we present to customers for their valued feedback and confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and we receive a 30% deposit, we commence the precise manufacturing of the machine.
4. We complete the machine within the agreed timeframe, providing production videos for customer approval. Upon confirmation and receipt of the 70% balance, we clean, pack, and arrange for prompt shipment.
5. After the machine's arrival, we coordinate with the customer to arrange for our technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
