Custom process and After-Sales
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we embark on launching a groundbreaking new project.
1.Customers provide images of candy samples or bar samples along with key raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2.We generate CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, then present them to customers for confirmation.
3.After contract confirmation and a 30% deposit, we commence production of the machine.
4.We guarantee timely completion of the machine as per the contract. We record production videos for customer approval. Post-approval, we clean and pack the machine, and after receiving 70% of the balance, we arrange for shipment.
5.Upon machine receipt, customers can contact us to arrange for technician guidance.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar.
